On-line Registration Form Please enter name, title and the company as you prefer to appear on your name badge in the form below. Fill out a separate form for each individual attendee. We accept checks and credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard. Although we use PayPal to accept credit card payments, you do not need a Pay Pal account to make a free, secure payment. Cancellation Policy Cancellations up to Wednesday, April 7th will receive a full registration refund. After April 7th, $75 will be refunded for one day registration or $125 for two day registration. VHIMA is sponsoring a Silent Auction to benefit FORE and State Scholarship funds. Half of the donated items will be auctioned Wednesday and the other half on Thursday.
