We accept checks and credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard. Although we use PayPal to accept credit card payments, you do not need a Pay Pal account to make a free, secure payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to Wednesday, March 30th will receive a full registration refund. After March 30th, $75 will be refunded for one day registration or $125 for two day registration.
VHIMA is sponsoring a Silent Auction to benefit FORE and State Scholarship funds. Half of the donated items will be auctioned Wednesday and the other half on Thursday. If you would like to donate an item to the auction, please contact Kim Spencer at 800-242-8011 or e-mail at kim@emiimaging.com.
