1. All advertisements must be approved by the VHIMA Board of Directors or its designee prior to placement on the VHIMA web site.
  2. A link to the Vendor web site along with the name and email address of a vendor representative and brief description of services (30 words or less provided by the vendor) will be created on the VHIMA web site.
  3. Advertisements will be displayed for 6 months.
  4. The fee for 6 months of advertising is $300.
  5. Changes to the advertisement once posted may be submitted electronically to the VHIMA Webmaster.
  6. Advertisements will include a disclaimer that VHIMA does not endorse the product or service.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
